I grew up in Southeastern Minnesota (Freeburg, to be exact!) I graduated from Caledonia High School and then graduated from Western Technical College in La Crosse, Wisconsin, with an Associate’s degree. I was a legal assistant for about 20 years, and had 5 years of banking experience before becoming a realtor in 2006. I have been a full-time real estate agent ever since. I really focus on my clients and their needs. I am a great listener and research everything for my clients – having that legal background has been very helpful.

I’m licensed in Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin.

I have been a top agent since the beginning of my career. I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), which is the highest degree of education and recognition for a realtor. I am also a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), specializing in helping 55 and older with their real estate needs. That designation is a more detailed specialty, covering such topics as estate planning and reverse mortgages.

I enjoy meeting new clients and gaining new listings. I love finding new venues for promoting properties and the challenge of getting properties sold – I am not just a “list it and leave it” realtor. There are many roles to be played as a realtor and I love them all.

I live in Caledonia with my family. Tim is my husband and our children are Dylan, McKenzie, Evan, and Tristan. My family is very important to me. Being a real estate agent lets me manage my own schedule, which allows for family camping and other outdoor activities in summer. It also gives me the benefit of being able to attend our kids’ sporting events throughout the year.
